The Cadets are searching for a passionate and skilled Color Guard Coach for our upcoming marching band season!

If you have experience in dance, choreography, or teaching, and love working with talented, motivated students, this is your chance to make a difference and shine!

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership and teaching skills

Experience in color guard, dance, or related fields

Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring students

Availability for rehearsals, performances, and competitions

What You’ll Do:

- Create innovative choreography

- Teach flag, rifle, and sabre techniques

- Collaborate with our marching band staff to craft amazing shows

- Lead a team of dedicated and talented performers
