The West Band Boosters are offering 2014 Fox River Invitational t-shirts for sale. Fill out the Fox River Tshirt order form
and get it back to us by this Friday, September 12. We will also sell them at the Invitational.
The Waukesha West Band Program hosts the homecoming dinner before the football game on September 26, 2014. Here are some important dates for families to remember:
Week of August 29 – Tickets mailed to band members’ families.
September 10, 17, 24 – Donations of soda and chips accepted before evening band rehearsals (look for cart outside of auditorium doors)…
- Freshman families: one 24-pack of soda (regular or diet, Coke or Pepsi products only)
- Sophomore families: one 24-pack of soda (regular or diet, Coke or Pepsi products only)
- Junior families: one 20-30 count box of single serve chips potato chips
- Senior families: one20-30 count box of single serve snack chips
September 24 – Money and/or unsold tickets due back to Mr. Duffy.
September 26 – Homecoming Dinner – drop off dessert donations in a disposable container starting at 3:00p.m. in the cafeteria (1 dessert per family).
The success of this event depends on the support of all band members and their families. Please donate food items and volunteer your time.

Homecoming Dinner Ticket Sales Information:
Tickets were mailed to each family the week of August 29; each band student should have received 5 tickets. Our hope is that each family will sell at least 5 of their tickets. If you would like more tickets, please contact Mr. Duffy, or Joanne Angles at

Please return ticket money and any unsold tickets in the envelope that was provided in the mailing. Complete the information requested on the front of the envelope. If you are unable to attend the dinner, but would like to make a donation, you may include this in the envelope along with the unsold tickets. Envelopes are due to Mr. Duffy by September 24.
Join us this Friday, where we will give a pre-season stand still performance of the first part of our show. Cadets meet in the band room at 7:00 pm, we will play at half time.
