Band Parent Meeting

This is a very important meeting for parents! In this meeting, you will learn about the upcoming season and how you, the parents, play a large part in the success of our students. Our season is short and intense and we need as much help (hint: volunteers) as possible.

At 7pm sign up sheets are found in the auditorium lobby. Our students need us to volunteer for each marching band competition (truck crew and chaperones), the Fox River Invitational (a little bit of everything for our biggest fundraiser of the year), and Homecoming Dinner (servers, desserts, bussing). Please sign up to volunteer at more than one event. Heck, sign up for all of them (many of us do)! You get to work alongside other great parents and will have a fun time!!!! Many hands make light work.

The meeting starts at 7:30pm and lasts less than an hour.
