Why Sponsor Waukesha West Bands?
The Waukesha West High School Band program is one of the largest, most active and recognized high school music programs in Waukesha, Wisconsin. There are over 100 students who participate in at least one of our seven band ensembles, 70 of which constitute our award-winning marching band.
Supporting a quality music experience for these concert musicians, marchers, color guard members, and percussionists comes at a cost. We need the support of our corporate partners to achieve our goals!
We are currently looking for businesses interested in sponsoring our program. Your sponsorship would be highly recognized! Opportunities include having your business’s name mentioned after marching band competitions and listed in our concert programs, as well as having your logo printed on t-shirts, featured on our website, and displayed at our annual fundraisers, depending on your level of support.

Sponsorship Levels
Platinum: $1500+ - Donors will receive all sub-level benefits, as well as mention after every Cadets performance, full color center page event program ad, logo on our website and FaceBook page, and logo displayed at fundraising events throughout the school year.
Gold: $1000 – $1499 - Donors will receive all sub-level benefits, as well as your corporate logo printed on our Cadets season t-shirts which will be worn by our students at school and regionally as they travel and compete. Your business will also have a sponsorship listing on our website
Silver: $500 – $999 - Donors will receive all sub-level benefits, as well as mention in all music programs for the upcoming concert season, and a sponsorship listing on our website.
Bronze: $100 – $499 : Donors will receive a certificate of appreciation and a sponsorship listing on our website.
